and Karate London offer a range of Karate classes seven
days per week for all ages and abilities in North East London, Chingford,
Enfield, Harlow, Barnet, Wanstead, Woodford, Walthamstow, Tring, and many
other areas. Our instructors undergo a vigorous and ongoing Karate Instructor
training program and examination, which ensures that you
get the very best quality coaching and instruction. Our Shotokan Karate
Clubs also have regular gradings and courses with Top International
Karate Instructors.

Karate
- 25 Years of Excellence
Over 300 members attanded the special weekend course celebrating 25 years
of teaching karate. Founder member Sensei Chris Lafbury
with 25 years experience in Chingford Karate Club was in attendance together
with other long standing members of SKE clubs from the UK and abroad.
Everyone on the course received full colour limited edition book detailing
the history of the clubs and SKE.
The July Course with Sensei Dave Hazard
was a resounding success, with students travelling from all over the UK
to take part and celebrate 25 years of Karate. Many of the original Sensei
Enoeda students were in attendance including the ever popular
Sensei Craig Raye and Sensei Paul Herbert.
